Custom Countertop & Bath Refinishing shall warranty the work performed from the invoice date for 5-years. The warranty covers any defects in product, application, and craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by a resident or any neglect resulting in coating failure. Bathtubs that hold standing water or have a leaking faucet are also not covered. Coating failure can occur under these conditions. Suction bath mats also void the warranty as they trap water beneath them. CCB can install permanent adhesive bath mats which are covered under warranty. It is at CCB’s discretion to determine what shall be covered under warranty. This warranty extends only to the person or company name listed on the invoice and is not transferable unless otherwise stated in writing. When calling in any work to be performed under warranty, it must be stated as such along with the invoice number. Failure to do so will result in the work being performed at standard billing rates. Proof of invoice is required for warranty work. Please keep a copy for your records.
